Wowee...! Congratulations on this pickup! As much as he is probably appreciated now, I think Gil Kane is still underappreciated. This is a terrific example of his work. Love the figurework as well as the characteristic Kane inks!

Even as he became an elder statesman of the comic art scene, Gil Kane was still producing powerful and iconic images like this one. Big congratulations!

This is great. I never saw it before. It's one of those images that makes you realize how much of an influence Kane had on other comicbook artists
