great piece!! breyfogle's style is graphic and dynamic! and yes... i also grew up with Jim and Norm on Batman. great stuff!

Jim and Norm were the Batman artists I knew growing up too, so they are the definitive Bat-Guys to me. Great piece, but this must be Jason or Tim, because my beloved Richard could have gotten out of this mess ;)

Those were the same Bat-artists that I grew up with too! I missed Breyfogle's work on Detective, his stuff is old skool goodness. And Aparo's(RIP) Batman was second to none.

Amazing Batman!!! I know other people like Jim Lee draw Batman better but there is something about the way Norm pulls it off that makes it magic.

Aparo and Breyfogle were the first Batman artists for me as well. 88/89 were good years for Batman comics
