Description
This is Fairchild (Gen13) in The Baroness' (GI Joe) outfit obtained at WonderCon '08.

Originally the Cobra symbol was the only red on this piece but thanks to JSC being a nice guy I was able to go back an hour later and have him add in the red hair and lipstick. EDIT: Uploaded a better picture
