Description

I kinda based this costume off of the X-Men Evolution Rouge, the Emo loner Rouge is a little pale, almost green. Her suite is made completely out of liquid latex! Liquid Latex is latex in a liquid form until it is painted on flesh and dries. This keeps her from needing to worry about zippers and whatnot. Her shoes are fetish shoes which only her toes touch the ground, they were designed in homage of those girls from Bubble Gum Crissis.
