After the death of Dream Girl, Supergirl was added as the Legion's resident ditzy blonde. She's convinced that she's only dreaming of the future. On this page she chats with the more grounded Shadow Lass and Element Lad, who struggle to find something nice to say about Braniac 5 but can only come up with "He's not a super-villain." Mark Waid's writing on this series makes it my favorite LSH era since the Levitz/Giffen run. Kitson's consistently great art didn't hurt either. The first and last panels show the curves and spires of future-Metropolis.
