New Frontier 1 page 5 by Darwyn Cooke

This may be my favorite page in the serie despite the lack of a 3rd panel.I love the jungle mood in the first one but Darwyn's portrayal of a dangerous Superman in the second one is incredible.It's difficult, in my opinion, to make Superman look dangerous and make it work but he managed to do it with great success here.I eyeballed this page for a long time on Albert's site till it was gone.I never pulled the trigger thinking it was a tad expensive.I ended up buying it cheaper from the original buyer :)
