Description

The artwork has been signed by the penciler, Darryl Banks.

Note: this page was featured in Wizard #200 (page 122) as the most controversial panel in the 17 years of Wizard comics history. This is the censored version of the artwork (the refrigerator door is a removable stat). This is the page that sparked the Women in Refrigerators Syndrome coined by one of the best writers in the comics business, Gail Simone. Here is where you can see Gail's original web-site letter and her list.

I have been a long-time fan of Hal Jordan, so I bought this page to get a feel for his replacement, Kyle Rayner, without knowing the history of the page.

A very significant piece in the life of Mr. Rayner. Since the refrigerator is a "removable" stat, please show us the uncensored version (if it is truly horrific, you can put an NWS label on it - that Bill Cox, he thinks of everything!). Thanks for posting this sliver of comics history, and congrats on a great acquisition!
