Description

From a short story that Neil Gaiman and Nowlan did for the Vertigo Jam anthology.

What I love about this page – besides Cain and Abel, the look of the houses in the distance, and Nowlan’s incredible style – is the lettering. Kevin Nowlan is an incredible letterer.

Okay, in general, he’s just incredible.

I love how Gaiman melded Alan Moore's version of Cain and Abel (murderer/victim) with the jokey Joe Orlando version and turned their relationship into a recurring black comedy routine.
