Ok...hands up if you own an Alex Ross sketch.... :-)
I met Alex at Heroescon 1996 when he and Mark Waid were promoting "Kingdom Come". That was my first convention and I had no problem going up to ANYBODY (even Alex Ross) and asking for a sketch.
When I asked him he kind of rolled his eyes, sighed and said; "Ok, but it's not going to be much".
One of my favorite sketches and probably the one I get the most comments on.
