Description

Doctors found a microchip embedded in her right eye, later having the government step in for further study. During her childhood, they found the chip growing tiny tentacles, eventually lodging into the part of her brain that controls emotion. The evolution of this chip later took over her whole body, but under her control. As she grew, she was able to control extensions of miniature, robotic panels capable of forming out of her skin to her desire. Along with the short temper, she has trouble controlling it. She is very lethal and is under complete government supervision. Because of the ability to "interact" with new technology as if it were her pets, Neon is impossible to control, so allow her to live her life. Her current status is unknown, but is tracked by top secret government officials.
