Description

This postcard was a follow-up from Toth to me. He had requested that I not write him for a year, and that I spend my time practicing my drawing from life. In this letter, he talks about a continuation of a broadening of my vision, and likens the practice to a musician who practices scales in order to master their instrument. It's really a fine letter, filled with Toth's passion. Dated 12/9/80. This might be the only time I've seen Toth draw Hagar.
