Abin Sur and Hal Jordan by Ray Lago

Hi MIke - Wow! Another great piece (in addition to the Green Lantern and the Guardians piece I commented on a couple days ago). A couple years back, I bought the sketch that Ray Lago did for this painting - and eventually the card. I contacted Ray Lago to see if he had the painting to go with the sketch. He said he had sold it and suggested I keep an eye out for it on eBay. And, today I spotted your painting at comicartfans. Sweet jesus. This is my favorite card from the Vs. System card game. It's called The Ring Has Chosen and I love it so much that I tracked it down in every foreign language version the cards was printed in minus German. So I have it in its foil versions in English, Spanish, French, and Italian. I would kill to have this.

I have finally finished a years long quest to find this card in foil in all of its printed languages. So English, French, Italian, Spanish, and German. Took FOREVER. I can't think of a single thing I wouldn't do to have this painting and prelim. That would be die happy status. Best card in the entire game as far as I am concerned
