Moy, Jeff - Impulse!

My wife Dennisse's favorite super heroes are Nightwing and Impulse. When I was trying to decide who to have Jeff draw for her for-the-heck-of-it present, I went for Impulse - Jeff's got a really fun style that I thought would be perfectly suited for goofy ol' Bart. I usually let artists just run loose on commissions, but this time I had a couple of things I wanted to see: Bart running (duh), Bart playing X-Men Legends (Moy was a designer on that game) on a portable XBox with a holographic screen, and some trademark Impulse pictogram thought balloons - Jeff delivered in spades! It was exactly what I was hoping for, and Dennisse was tickled pink when I gave it to her in addition to all her other Christmas presents. I think this is a fun, fun piece! I'll probably ink a blueline of this one in the near future... Pencil on 11"x14" Bristol.
