Second painted cover by L. B. Cole

This is the second painted cover to William Henry Hudson's "Green Mansions". The first cover from 1951 was painted by Alex A. Blum, who also drew the interior artwork. Why it was replaced after only one printing is anybody's guess, but Leonard B. Cole was the Art Director in 1959, when he painted it. Five printings with this cover.
