I was in the right place at the right time to get this quicky head shot of Dr. Spectrum. I decided to go out of town with my wife today and went visit an old comic shop I went to in college and they advertised that Phil was signing at another shop in town, ran over there and got this sketch and had Phil sign El Diablo #1, good story.
