Description

Grifter and Midnighter are 2 of my favorite Wildstorm characters. Unfortunately, Chuck Dixon's mini-series pairing them was yet another hu-hum tale of apocalyptic alien invasion. But I did like Ryan Benjamin's sharp rendering of the Midnighter and so bought this page for my collection. In Issue 1, the Authority rescued the Midnighter from a virtual reality device. Still-reeling from seeing his teammates killed in the virtual-reality world, Midnighter decked the Doctor. In this cool page, the Engineer readies herself to strike back while Apollo attempts to mediate.
