Description

Ever since I received this piece last year at the National in NYC I wanted to get it finished with backgrounds. I was lucky enough to catch up with Norm. What can I say but I LOVE it!! I don't have a scanner that can do this piece justice. Thanks again Norm, you're the best!!!!
