Separately, they were geniuses in their own right, but together, with Kane's ability to draw picture perfect anatomy and fast moving action and Wood's incredible sense of how and when to apply blacks and his nearly unmatched knack for creating believable machinery and backgrounds, they were one of the greatest art teams of all time. This page has just about everything you could want from these artists. Wow!

Wally Wood était un génie de la mise en scène. Seul il était déjà "terrific" mais associé avec un artiste de la trempe de Gil Kane ... quel régal.

Le temps bénit des Pop Magazines / Eclair comic, et une des collaboration les plus splendide de l'histoire du comic (Kane et Wood : Dream team !). Génial planche !

Would love to se a nice clear scan of this one. The first and third panels are so special. Kane and Wood were such a terrific combo
