This is from Ms. Marvel #15, Page 4. She dreams she wakes up in a strange bed with Wonderman. Her reaction is priceless. She really goes through the changes, from "Omigod!" to "Maybe it isn't so bad, after all he is f***ing WONDERMAN, in this case, apparently literally, f***ing." Note the "Property of the Avengers" T-shirt. I assume that refers to the shirt and not to her. Her bed buddy is wearing his full regalia though. It's all a dream.
The actual dialogue is something of a cop out. Here is obviously what she is really thinking:
Panel 1: What the...
Panel 2: Whoaaa!
Panel 3: Did I just do it with Wonderman?
Panel 4: Hmmmm...Wonderman!
Panel 5: It was just a dream!
...just a random, meaningless dream!
