Nice moody page featuring Scarab / Louis Sendak, the main character! There is a small paste-up in the second panel and several editorial light blue highlighter lines in the page which is typical of DC Comics originals.

btw: Scarab was originally conceived of as a revival of DC's Golden Age superhero Dr. Fate, but writer John Smith's proposal was deemed "too extreme" for an established character. The storyline was consequently cut down to a limited series featuring a new character, with a retroactively-created back story that placed Scarab within an alternate Golden Age.
