Description

For my Supervillains sketchbook, I wanted to get a diverse selection of baddies. So I asked Kevin O'Neill to draw one of his signature characters, the xenophobic tyrant Torquemada from the Nemesis the Warlock serials published in 2000 AD. I asked O'Neill if he remembered how to draw Torquemada. He proceeded to quickly knock this one out, leading me to observe, "Well, I guess you still do know how to draw him" :)
