Description

Meeeee-owwwww! Long-leggedy cats were sighted in northern Vermont a few years ago, and this is one of my early takes on these unexplained mystery felines.

This is one of the 2008 sketches I worked up in collaboration with best fiend and writer Joe Citro as we banged together our proposal for The Vermont Monster Guide (published October 2009 from University Press of New England).

Yep, there have been reports of peculiar "long-legged cats" in the Green Mountain State; the challenge for me being, how to make 'em look like something other than just a plain ol' cat?

This one didn't make the final cut, but it's still a cool cat portrait.

This original is 8 1/2″ x 11″ on one-ply white copier paper; black pen and markers and a bargain at $35 plus shipping.
