Description

Hulk Smash #1, page 20. Pencils by John McCrea, inks by Klaus Janson and story by Garth Ennis. This is the ORIGINAL drawn/inked version of this page. As you can see in the next gallery entry, the Hulk at the top was re-inked. The original version is much darker and a bit more consistant with the inking on the Hulk in the rest of the book. I believe - and I don't know for sure, I'm just guessing here - that it was re-inked so the colorist could do more with the artwork. At this point, the Hulk is on fire. I removed the "STAT" off of the page that was on top of this to show the difference.
