Pigman original art from Joe Citro's Weird New England

Nope, it's not from the upcoming Vermont Monster Guide (coming from University Press of New England fall 2009) -- but it is from an earlier collaboration with author, folklorist and beloved friend Joseph A. Citro!

This is the rather delirious original art for the color portrait of the Pigman of Northfield I drew/painted for Joe Citro's Weird New England (2006), a volume in the popular Weird United States book series launched by the creators of Weird New Jersey magazine, Mark Moran and Mark Sceurman.

This Pigman portrait measures 10" x 10" on a 11 3/8" x 12 1/2" piece of clean white Bristol Board.
