I've always dreamed of owning a Cooper cover but never thought it could happen. Well check out this crazy amazing 2002 cover to The Comics Journal #245 complete w/ all his characters AND a self portrait as he falls from his drawing table gushing w/ creativity!! The cover was also used in 2006 as the cover to a book called "Invaders from the North" the stories of comic artists from Canada.

Amazing piece from one of the first TCJ's I bought! Great to see the b & w line work as the esteemed Mr. Ng Suat Tong previously mentioned....I am a HUGE fan of Mr. Cooper's work and a beautiful piece like this elicits such envy! But, Kudos, Mr. Callo, kudos on purchasing such a fabulous piece from a gallery full of top=notch (soz hyphen key broken!) art!!!
