Have no idea what issue it's from?
But I think it's from the Marvel British reprint's?

Robbins is one of my favorite all time comiuc artist, especially on The Batman. And to think, when I first saw his stuff, I did not like it. Great page!

This page is interesting. Is it a piecemeal page composed of different pieces of paste-up panels?

They might've used it dor a reprint or something. All panels in this page appear in Invaders #14 (a panel from page 3, two from page 6, and 1 from page 10)

Yeah, it's for those Marvel British reprint comics. It says "FF #33" at the top.
