Nara Kilday from Dead@17 by Christian Slade

This piece came about when Christian and I decided to trade some of his art for some Pre-code Horror comics. He offered to do a commission as part of the trade so the character I wanted him to do was naturally Nara Kilday from Dead@17. All I requested was that Christian choose from two outfits and that he include Nara fighting a demon with her Ax.


As you can see Christian went all out with the piece and ended up with Nara jumping down and getting ready to fight 5 demons. I absolutely love what he came up with. He said he had never read Dead@17 so he had fun doing the piece.
