Description
This is a b/w version of the back cover to Little Shoppe of Horrors #22, which is a magazine focusing on classic British horror films. The character's in Timm's composition appear to be a mix from two different 1970's era Hammer Dracula flicks...'Dracula A.D. 1972' and 'The Satanic Rites of Dracula'. Includes Christopher Lee as Dracula, Peter Cushing as Prof. Von Helsing, and Stephanie Beacham as Jessica Von Helsing (holding dagger in lower left).

Bryan, congrats on the great score. Unless I miss my guess, this is a montage illustrating scenes from 2 classic Hammer horror films from the Christopher Lee Dracula series, including Dracula A.D. 1972, as you noted, and Satanic Rites Of Dracula. The biker in the funny fur vest and the altar sacrifice scene appear, if memory serves me correctly, in the latter.

Mark, thanks for that comment! I believe you're right about some of the elements coming from 'Satanic Rites of Dracula' as well...did a quick Google image search. Looks like I need to edit the title/description.

This is awesome...love seeing Timm take on non-superhero subjects once in a while.
