Archer by Will Brown

I His professional art career began in 1969 with a story in Creepy (#29). His work also appeared in such publications as Marvel comics Epic Magazine, Comico and Isaac Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine. After a varied career in graphic design, cartoons, etc., he is currently freelancing and taking commissions. As of this writing, he is working on a Bettie Page series.

He has since reworked this image (As Artemis Diana) from a hi-res scan. It is available as an on demand print here:
