Very cool opening splash to "Batman and the Monster Men," penciled and inked by the great Matt Wagner! I love this scene of Batman preparing himself to be attacked by monsters. His legs are ready to move, he's got a Batarang in his fist and he's looking around for an opponent. Only we readers know that the monster is above him, claws ready to grab him in an instant. Terrific pick-up, congrats!

Monster Men was one of the earliest Batman comics ive read this is so awesome to see!
