Description
This was done in 1986. Besides pencilling/inking the book, Nowlan also provided the coloring for pages too.

A dream piece for me that hangs in my living room. As an added bonus, it's very large as the art is done on two 13x20 boards.

A true classic from one of Kevin's most highly regarded projects. This book represents Nowlan in the same way that Avengers Annual #10 did to Golden and the New Mutants Special did to Art Adams. The absolute epitome of Nowlan's amazing and brilliant linework. Congrats buddy!

As I recall, the cover to this book did not really grab me at all and, I might have even thought about passing on it, but, boy, when I opened it up to take a peek and saw this, I thought, "You know, this might be pretty good."

Perfect example of Nowlan's fine-line style of the 80s, so unique and singular. At that size it must look incredible in person!
