I realy do not think this is Mark Beachum art either. I think this series was done by Rick Buckler.

This is originally from the 1994 series "Syphons The Sygate Strategem" pencilled by Rich Buckler and inks by David Mowry. Beachum did the three issue 2nd series of the 1994 book simply titled "Syphons"
