Description

A year or two later, I wrote another letter to Bill Watterson, this time asking a few more questions. Once again, he wrote back and signed the letter. Alas, I tried a third time a few more years later, and by then Mr. Watterson had to resort to sending out form letters with pre-printed autographs (probably because of his growing fame).

Ohh Bill, how wrong you were ... that clearly did not happen towards the end of Calvin and Hobbes! (or at any time before!!) Great piece of strip history, thanks for sharing -
