Description
I believe this was intended for 88MPH Studios Genesis Art of Transformers book, and was still skipped over for Dreamwave's More Than Meets The Eye profile issues.

EDIT: Upon meeting Dan Khanna at the 2010 G.I. Joe con in Providence RI, I learned this peice was done due to a friend of his who loved Devcon! It was then used in The Wreckers fan club comic profile.
