Description

Gary's work process is very cool. (Sorry =-) For this piece he bought a dome off of Ebay and an old painters gun from an estate sale. He than hired a model and created a costume and photographed him as the character. Using those photos as a reference for light, etc. Gary than put pencil to acetate. (Which looks AMAZING in person!!!!!) I love the reflection of not only Nora but Batman in Freeze's dome. BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Gary for your energy and professionalism. Gary has created a truly haunting and timeless rendition of Mr. Freeze in this commission. The level of detail is just phenomenal. I'm particularly fond of the reflections on MF's helmet. This is head-and-shoulders better than your average comic cover, much less a private commission. Congrats, Patrick!
