Iron Man 2020, by Bob Wiacek

Arno Stark, the Iron Man from the dystopian future year of 2020 (well, that probably seemed a ways off back in 1984 when the character first appeared) was a ruthless mercenary villain from the Machine Man miniseries. Bob Wiacek later co-wrote and drew a one-shot featuring Iron Man 2020 that did go somewhat towards reforming the character. Nevertheless, considering his amoral roots, as well as the very cool design of the character, I asked Wiacek to do a sketch of the future Iron Man in my villains sketchbook. It came out very nicely. Wiacek is mostly known for his inking. I'd enjoy seeing him do some more pencil work, because he is a very good artist.
