Description

Terry and the Pirates Daily Strip 11-25-1937.
"Creeper". Beautiful Burma stages this daily from a killer first panel. Now the chase is open to other Caniff's beauties, please help me get April, Normandie and the Dragonlady.
Provenience: the famous Lòpez collection. Thanx a lot Francis, once again i'm in debt !
Auctioned by Russ Cochran, in March 1998.

Burma, as usual, is stunning in panel one. Caniff always showcases her with incredible eyebrows and cheekbones. Wow. The other highlight in this strip has to be the artistry in panels three and four. In these panels Caniff shows his masterful use of staging, perspective, realism, and chiaroscuro. Simply amazing.
