Most definitely, the nicest piece of art I currently own. Dave Cockrum is the damn man. X-Men...Nightcrawler - how can you go wrong? If you only own one X-Men piece (which I do), this is a good one to have. It has pretty much everybody on it circa early 80's and DR. DOOM to boot! Added bonus: Like everyone, I was avidly reading X-Men at the time, so the post-Byrne issues really stand out for me from the point of nostalgia. #144 might have been the first X-Men I bought off the stands, so the issue this page is in ties to my early comic collecting days.

Nice frontal shots of the X-men, Dr. Doom and Cockrum's favorite character Nightcrawler in a great head shot front and center. You could not ask more from a Cockrum page. Congrats!

That story was genius..It is amazing that it took so long to get a Doom/ X-Men story but it was so worth the wait
