Adam Hughes: Phantom Lady drawings

      This page looks like an early 1990's sketchbook page. My friend Mando noticed some details and identified the character for me. It's the 1940's Phantom Lady with her "black ray" device in her right hand in the full figure image. The cape includes a collar and the revealing outfit only has straps up to the shoulder and around the back. I compared this drawing to printed images in Comic Interview #150 and the Verotik Phantom Lady. Mando reports Adam also drew Phantom Lady for a DC Who's Who book which I don't have to check.
