Gambit_Macdonald,Andy

The top part of this sketch was done at the Big Apple Comic Con April 2005. Andy's artwork is simply amazing. I think that he is one of the most underated artists of today. I spoke with Andy at the Big Apple Con September 2005 about the sketch of Gambit I got from him back in April. I asked him to use his awesome art skills to apply some kind of poker game and to include his NYC Mech look to it. This is the result. It appears that Gambit has bluffed the mechs and they folded. Great storytelling. Everyone should get a sketch from Andy. He is at nearly every convention and is one of the best artists out there. I also encourage you to be reading NYC Mech by Image Comics. It is one of the best written and best drawn comics on the shelves today. Read it and tell your comic shop to reserve extra copies.
