In this piece a worldwide mental epidemic caused by a villain named "Taint" has been affecting ten year olds around the world. turning them murderous as the JLA tries to find a way to stop it.

Tomorrow Woman with her specific mental abilities finds she can detect and eradicate the affects from the children she's near.

This page like the rest of the issue is interesting in that it was Yanick Paquette's first DC comics work.
