Description
While this Little Orphan Annie daily is a late one, it has many of the touches that Harold Gray was known for. The shadow work is quite wonderful, as is the subtle camera movement from panel-to-panel. Annie and Sandy are pretty tiny, but it allowed Gray to show the whole scene throughout. A very nice example of Gray's expressionism and use of space. 3/18/68.

Very nice, indeed! Love the line work and the overall dark feel of this particular strip. Alas, you can't see art like this in today's comics section; too bad. Congrats!
