DescriptionSo Incredible Hulk #611 hit stores and I was moved more than I've been by a mainstream title in some time. The writing was well done, but I was blown away by Paul Pelletier's visual storytelling and the pathos he brought to each and every page. That said, I scooped up the pages that exemplified this the most in my mind. 7 pages total from #611, featuring the return of the Incredible Hulk, focusing a great deal on the tragedy from his early life and how that effects him to this day.Social/Sharing |

Wonderful and moving sequence - a good reminder of just why the Big Green Guy is so full of rage, and this page does it with such subtlety of nuance. Banner's grim expression on the last panel says it all.
