DescriptionThis is a beauty from my weekend in Montreal with my baby--our first international trip together. I had planned this trip solo many months ago to visit Dale and Lou Eaglesham in their hometown to help out with a local charity there to save neglected horses. It was such a great time. My new BF and I had spent lots of sleepless nights having fun in Montreal and then drove into Ottawa to visit the Eagleshams...I really loved it...such a beautiful, quaint town--we could not get enough of poutine !!! Best of all was spending some quality time with Dale and Lou, their friends and neighbors and dogs...such a great time. I had a hard time thinking of what to ask for...but it came to me...I was here in Canada...what would be hotter but a Dale Eaglesham sketch of French-canadian hottie Northstar...Thanks so much Dale and Lou for such a memorable time !!! A few months ago, it was hinted at by a little birdie that this commission had something to do with Dale's new project...glad the news is officially OUT ! This is the third time I have commissioned a piece of artwork of a random character and it turned out to be the next major project for that artist (I commissioned a Dawnstar way before Francis Manapul got the Legion and commissioned a dead Superboy from George Perez before he returned from the dead). So happy this is one of the first commissions by Dale of Northstar...Congrats to Dale and Greg !!! I can't wait for their new adventures ! So glad that you guys had a great time! Very cool rendering of Northstar! Paging Kyle -- that hair is just begging for someone to run their fingers through it!
