"Tamara" by Lara Addams

Another great piece by U.K. artist Lara Addams. This piece is about 15” x 20”. It is drawn in pencil and Indian ink. It is larger than most of her other pieces and the detail is amazing. I believe this is one of her finest works to date.

This piece was done as a cover to a book for a guy in Australia. He is writing a book about women throughout history who have manipulated men. Tamara is a Biblical character.

Before Lara retired from the retail art world she did some of these works with an "Art Nouveau" feel, just pretty and demure with lots of detail.
