Richard Sala has recently finished work on this book, with advance copies available from Fantagraphics at the San Diego Con 2011. By selling the complete artwork in advance, Richard was able to concentrate fully on the book and turn down illustration work, which otherwise is part of his income. This project started out as a crazy idea by Steve Kriozere, to whom I am in debt, not to mention Richard.
