Atlas Seaboard Phoenix/Protector issue 4 page 30.
I enjoyed the Atlas line alot when it came out. Atlas was drastically changing and renaming their charecters in their last days and this is no exception. You can see blue line correction circles around the Protector name twice on this page. I suspect Phoenix is under the whiteout. This is the last page of the only comic Atlas published with an October 1975 cover date. That makes it the final page of the last issue published by Atlas/Seaboard.
