Description

One of my favorite Spider-Man fight scenes is his fight with Firelord. When I was a kid I loved the way Firelord looked and that Spiderman was able to beat an opponent that seemed so much more powerful. I managed to buy the color guide of the John Buscema Avengers page that deals with the fight a couple of years ago on eBay when I bought my appartement and it's been hanging in my study ever since. I think it's really cool that I was able to add an original piece with this battle to my small but much loved collection.

I didn't ask Ron for very much, just that I'd like Spider-Man to be wearing the black costume and that I'd like Firelord to fire his staff with Spider-Man dodging the blast.

I really love how this commission turned out, this is even cooler than I had in mind.
