David Boller - Batman page (unpublished?)

I've owned this nice page for about 10 years and I was told it's by David Boller and Aaron Sowd. So I assumed it was from Batman Chronicles #14, which appears to be the only published DC work by this artistic team.
But the page isn't actually from that book, so I'm not even sure about the artists anymore (although the middle panel screams Boller).
At the top it says "Shock to The System (inventory)".
Any info will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
