Description

This is one of my all time favorite pieces.Full pencils as only Gene can deliver.You can feel the rain as well as hear it as it soaks the streets and everything in it's way.
You can look at this piece for hours and always either find something new or marvel at the attention to detail as everyone rushes to and fro.
